Distance selling contract

Distance Selling Contract for DigitalSATExam.com

This Distance Selling Contract ("Contract") is made between ("Buyer") and DigitalSATExam.com ("Seller"). By purchasing a subscription to any of the plans provided by the Seller, the Buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.

1. Product and Services Description

Seller offers Digital SAT Exam practice tests and supplementary features, including Flashcards and Subject Quizzes, to help users prepare for the Digital SAT exam. The services are provided through three different plans, as described on the website (ultrasatprep.com).

2. Price and Payment

The prices for each plan are specified on the website, and the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller the amount indicated for their chosen plan. Payments must be made in full via one of the available payment methods. Once the payment is processed, the Buyer will have access to the relevant features of the selected plan.

3. Delivery of Digital Content

Upon successful payment, the Buyer will have immediate access to the digital content associated with their chosen plan. The digital content will be delivered in a digital format, accessible through the Buyer's account on the website.

4. Right to Cancel and Refunds

The Buyer has the right to cancel the Contract and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, as detailed in the Seller's Cancellation Policy. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified 24-hour period.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Seller holds all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the website, digital content, and practices tests. The Buyer has a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the digital content for their personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of or inability to use the digital content provided. The Seller's total aggregate liability for all matters related to this Contract is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer under this Contract.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, the competent courts of the Seller's jurisdiction.

By purchasing a subscription on DigitalSATExam.com, the Buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Distance Selling Contract.
