So I hear you’re in the business of advising students on their studies. The thing is, many of you are making the most of your time, so let’s get clear on what you’re trying to accomplish.

Okay, so youre in the business of making the most of your time. Thats great. But most of you are wasting your time because youre getting distracted by all the other things youre doing. And when you’re distracted by what youre doing, you dont really get anything accomplished.

The problem is that most of us are so busy that we are not taking our time out to meditate and think. So many of us are like, “Oh yeah, I need to go to the gym tonight.” But we don’t. And you know why? Because we have other things to do. We have other things to do that dont require our time and energy.

We have to find time to meditate. We have to find time to slow down. We have to find time to pause and enjoy the world around us. When youre distracted by all the other things you’re doing, it takes a lot of energy to do anything.

There is a great book I read that basically describes the process of meditating. Every time you meditate, you’re meditating. Because you’re meditating when you can and if you’re meditating when you can you’re meditating when you can.

So it’s always good to take a moment to meditate. And if that doesn’t work for you, then stop meditating. Thats ok. You don’t need to meditate every day. You don’t need to meditate in the middle of the day. You don’t need to meditate for a long period of time. You don’t need to meditate at all, but you might as well meditate. No matter what the situation is.

meditating is great. But there are many things you can do while youre meditating or when youre not meditating. It’s not as good to meditate when youre sitting in front of a screen but its still great to meditate when youre sitting in front of a computer. Sit in front of your computer and if youre meditating youre still meditating. You can meditate on your phone, walk, ride a bike, watch TV, listen to music.

Meditating isn’t a bad thing if done right. If you can meditate in a quiet place with a clear mind, meditating is a great idea. If you can meditate at a party, you might as well meditate in front of all your friends. But if you find yourself meditating too much, you might as well just sit in front of a computer. And if you find yourself meditating in front of your computer, youre too meditating.

Meditation is the act of deliberately bringing your attention away from your current task and focusing it on a different task or goal. One of the most popular forms of meditation is guided meditation. This is the kind of meditation that you do by yourself, away from others. The goal is to come as close to the mind as possible to allow yourself to experience the peace and clarity that comes from relaxing and letting go of all of your distracting thoughts.

As you know, meditation is best done sitting up or lying down. Sitting down can be hard, and sitting up can be easy. This is because in the sitting position, you are focusing all of your attention on a single thought, which makes it hard to concentrate on other aspects of your life. Also, sitting down can be difficult as often times you don’t feel you have enough time to sit still.
