Congratulations to UT Austin, thanks to the Distinguished Alumni Award Committee for recognizing the UTs outstanding alumni and faculty members.

UT Austin is now the largest university in Texas and has a long history of academic excellence and innovation. UT Austin has been on the forefront of research and education in the state of Texas for over a century. I couldn’t be more proud as I look around my University of Texas at Austin community this year. The spirit there is palpable as our students, faculty, alumni and donors celebrate the first anniversary of UT Austin’s first commencement; a special thanks for the Distinguished Alumni Award Committee.

I personally think that the graduation rate at UT Austin is one of the best in the country. I think it is partly attributable to a great number of excellent professors and other people of influence (such as our Chancellor) who are involved in the UT Austin community in the ways we know how.

Now, it goes without saying that UT Austin has one of the highest graduation rates in texas, but as UT Austin President Bill Powers recently put it, “Texas is a state where the most important thing is the quality of the people you spend your time with.

In order to increase that quality, UT Austin is doing a lot to make sure that every student has a great experience. The university is also doing a lot to make sure that the people who graduate from there are proud to move on to the next stage of their lives and not just the next step in the educational ladder.

In a recent blog post, you posted a video entitled “TRAVELING IN TEXAS” that showed off a beautiful landscape with a beautiful waterfall, a beautiful view of Lake Texas, and the incredible amount of beautiful water available. I think it’s a really great way to see the spirit of the state and how things are changing around here.

The University of Texas’ Austin community is known for its extreme diversity. From the people that are into technology and politics to the people that are into music and literature, this part of the state is one of the most multicultural and diverse places in the country. The community is also diverse culturally, as evidenced by the fact that many students choose to major in languages or other majors that are quite different from their original plan.

The University of Texas Austin is home to the largest number of foreign students in the state of Texas. According to the Austin Chronicle, more than 2,000 people from 45 countries attend the university each year. One reason for this high amount of diversity is because many of the students in the university have been accepted to other universities on an accelerated basis. They are also given the option of choosing a college to work at instead of attending the university.
