And for many people it’s really hard to get past that.
Self-awareness is not something that is easy to learn. Many people simply get lost in the shuffle of life and do nothing about it. To be self-aware is to understand that your actions and the actions of the people who control you are not necessarily the same and that you are not in control of it.
